- Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are usually processed the same business day.
- Orders received after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2. Processing Time
We generally prepare and process orders within:
0–1 business days (Monday–Friday)
Please note that processing may take slightly longer during holidays, special promotions, or periods of increased order volume. We’ll notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after shipment is:
5–9 business days (Monday–Friday)

7. Delivery Delays

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

After reviewing your request, we may provide:

- A partial refund, when appropriate
9. Canceling an Order
Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing.
To request a cancellation, email support@purvio.store as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our Refunds & Returns Policy after delivery.
